Italian midfielder Patrick Cutrone joined Valencia CF on a six-month loan from Wolves in January and even though he hasn't featured enough, Wolves are hoping that a decent 20 million euros offer plus the player will entice Valencia CF enough to sell Goncalo Guedes.
Valencia CF might be interested in this deal as Maxi Gomez is likely going to be sold the coming summer, and Gameiro's contract is most likely not going to be extended, so Valencia CF will be short on attackers, so Cutrone might be a decent option.
If Valencia CF is able to get 20-23 million euros from Guedes plus Cutrone and is able to sell Maxi Gomez at about 13-15 million euros, that would balance the books for the 2021/2022 season and would also significantly lower the salary expenditure as Guedes and Gomez are two of the highest earners in Valencia CF.
